HouseMart specializes in offering genuine and real-time residential property listing, pricing and other information to the general public. We also serve as an exchange platform on which buyers and sellers connect and communicate in respect of listed residential properties, whether for sale or for rent. Through our APP, a prospective buyer or renter can browse residential properties of interest, save the property of interest, or send free messages to the person listing that property (whether to make inquiries or book an appointment for viewing). Our goal is to change the way residential property transactions are done in China, where false information and market inefficiencies are prevalent. To reduce information asymmetry, we strive to create an online environment where buyers, sellers, landlords, renters as well as property agents can have easy access to free, up-to-date and genuine information on the residential property market. To improve efficiency, our proprietary technologies allow users to communicate and exchange information for free.
HouseMart is founded in 2013 and currently offers its services only in Shanghai.
